ChronoCast 隱私權說明

一、總則
ChronoCast（以下稱「本 App」）是在您的 Apple 裝置上運行的應用程式，主要用途為本機語音轉寫、錄音、Podcast 剪輯與匯出。我們重視您的隱私：本 App 的設計原則是「音訊與逐字稿在您的裝置上處理」，我們不會為了提供轉寫服務而將您的錄音或逐字稿上傳至我們自有的伺服器。
二、我們收集哪些資料
1. 您在裝置上建立的內容（由您控管）
- 麥克風錄音、您匯入的音訊／視訊檔、逐字稿文字、剪輯與母帶設定、配樂素材、本機專案檔（例如 .chronocast 與旁邊的 source 素材夾）。
- 上述內容預設儲存在您的裝置或您選擇的儲存位置；我們無法自遠端存取這些檔案。
2. 購買與授權狀態
- 若您購買 Pro 等 App 內購買項目，交易由 Apple 的 App 內購買／StoreKit 處理。我們可能在裝置上保存「是否已解鎖」之類的授權狀態，以便提供對應功能；我們不會因此取得您的完整付款卡號。
3. 診斷與系統資訊（若您透過 Apple 回報）
- 若您透過系統或 App Store 向 Apple 回報當機／診斷資料，該流程受 Apple 的隱私政策拘束；我們僅在 Apple 提供給開發者的範圍內可能看到去識別或彙總性資訊。
三、我們如何使用資料
- 在裝置上提供轉寫、編輯、播放、匯出與專案儲存功能。
- 驗證 App 內購買狀態以解鎖您已購買的功能。
- 我們不會出售您的個人資料，也不會將您的錄音／逐字稿用於對您投放廣告。
四、權限說明
- 麥克風：僅用於錄音與相關監聽／電平顯示；您可在系統設定中關閉。
- 檔案與資料夾：僅在您匯入、匯出、開啟或儲存專案時，存取您所選取的項目（含您授予的書籤存取）。
- 網路：主要用於 App 內購買與 Apple 服務通訊；本機轉寫流程不依賴把音訊送到我們的雲端。若未來功能需要網路（例如可選的模型下載），我們會在功能中說明。
五、資料分享
除下列情況外，我們不向第三方分享您的錄音或逐字稿內容：
- 依法律要求或為保護權利所必需；
- 透過 Apple 完成的購買與相關驗證；
- 您自行使用系統分享／匯出，將檔案傳給他人或上傳到您選擇的服務（該行為由您與該服務的條款規範）。
六、資料保存與刪除
- 本機內容由您管理：刪除 App、清除暫存、刪除專案資料夾或使用系統方式移除檔案，即可自裝置移除對應資料。
- 「清理暫存」不會刪除您已儲存的專案庫／專案資料夾（除非您另行刪除）。
- App 內購買紀錄由 Apple 保存；您可透過 Apple 帳號管理訂閱／購買（本 App Pro 為非消耗型解鎖時，以 Apple 與 App 內說明為準）。
七、兒童隱私
本 App 並非以 13 歲（或您所在地法定年齡）以下兒童為主要對象。我們不會在知情情況下收集兒童的個人資料。
八、追蹤與廣告識別碼
本 App 不以跨 App／跨網站廣告追蹤為目的。App Store 隱私標籤請以我們在 App Store Connect 提交的實際設定為準。
九、國際傳輸
本機內容留在您的裝置與您選擇的儲存位置。與 Apple 購買相關的資料處理，依 Apple 的政策與基礎設施進行。
十、政策更新
我們可能更新本說明；更新後會於本頁或 App 相關頁面公布新的生效日。若更新影響重大權利，我們會在合理範圍內提示您。

ChronoCast Privacy Policy

1. Overview
ChronoCast (the “App”) runs on your Apple device for on-device speech transcription, recording, podcast editing, and export. Our design goal is that audio and transcripts are processed on your device. We do not upload your recordings or transcripts to our own servers to perform transcription.
2. Data we handle
A. Content you create (under your control)
- Microphone recordings, imported audio/video, transcripts, edit/mastering settings, music beds, and local project files (e.g., .chronocast plus a companion source folder).
- This content is stored on your device or a location you choose. We cannot remotely access those files.
B. Purchase / entitlement state
- If you buy Pro or other In-App Purchases, Apple processes the transaction via In-App Purchase / StoreKit. We may store an on-device entitlement (e.g., unlocked) to enable features. We do not receive your full payment card number.
C. Diagnostics (if you report via Apple)
- Crash or diagnostic reports you submit through Apple are governed by Apple’s policies. We may only see information Apple makes available to developers (often limited or aggregated).
3. How we use data
- To provide transcription, editing, playback, export, and project features on device.
- To verify In-App Purchase status for features you bought.
- We do not sell your personal data and do not use your recordings/transcripts to advertise to you.
4. Permissions
- Microphone: for recording and related monitoring/level meters; you can revoke in System Settings.
- Files/folders: only items you select for import, export, open, or save (including security-scoped bookmarks you grant).
- Network: primarily for Apple In-App Purchase and Apple services. On-device transcription does not require sending your audio to our cloud. If a future optional feature needs the network (e.g., optional model download), we will describe it in the product.
5. Sharing
We do not share your recordings or transcripts with third parties except:
- when required by law or to protect rights;
- as needed for Apple purchase validation;
- when you yourself export/share files to others or to services you choose (governed by you and those services).
6. Retention & deletion
- You control local content: deleting the App, clearing caches, deleting project folders, or removing files removes corresponding data from the device.
- “Clear temporary files” does not delete saved project libraries/folders unless you delete them separately.
- Purchase records are kept by Apple; manage purchases through your Apple Account.
7. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data.
8. Tracking
The App is not designed for cross-app/cross-website advertising tracking. App Store Privacy Nutrition Labels reflect what we declare in App Store Connect.
9. International processing
Your local content remains on your device and chosen storage. Apple purchase-related processing follows Apple’s policies and infrastructure.
10. Changes
We may update this policy and will post a new effective date. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice where appropriate.
